Following a unanimous City Council approval, the historic Franklin Station post office is finally set for a sweeping second act led by BAR Architects. The approved design honors the building’s original terrazzo floors, painted bas-relief ceilings, and historic facade, integrating the architectural treasure into the heart of a new boutique hotel and residential enclave.
